Other business
An open forum on 10 November will discuss the DTA’s future, the committee’s mandate and volunteer opportunities, particularly for the Regatta Open.
Ad hoc Hub use was agreed on a donation basis; Regatta use is booked for 19–29 August 2027.
Accounts are finalised. Regatta parking charges will be queried and future arrangements reviewed. See the 2026 accounts.
Transfer of Jubilee Tennis Club funds to the DTA account is progressing.
Other topics included social tennis, additional floodlights and preparations for the 2027 Regatta Open.
